The Mattell Aquarius

The aquarius is built round the Z80 processor at a clock speed of 3.5 MHz and has a 10k ROM with 4k of RAM which was expandable to 64k using RAM cartridges the display is capable of 24 line of 40 characters of text and 16 colours, the graphics are capable of 320 x 192 pixels.  the disappointing items on the  Aquarius are the simple sound and the rubber keyboard.

The Aquarius interfaces included cassette, printer and expansion bus that could take an expander unit for extra RAM or ROM'S as well as other add-on's.
