The Cantab Jupiter Ace

This machine was described as an enthusiasts machine, I can only speculate as to why, I suspect this was because the only language available for this machine was FORTH

The Jupiter Ace is a small machine at only 215 x 190 x 30mm with a skimpy vac formed case held together by plastic rivets.   The computer is built round the Z80A processor at a clock speed of 1 MHz with an 8k ROM containing the Jupiter's FORTH language and 3k of RAM expandable to 51k and a Black & White display that was capable of displaying 32 characters on 22 rows and graphics of 64 x 48 pixels.

The rubber key pads of the keyboard were quite poor and needed to be pressed in the middle to work.   The  Interfaces include, TV, Cassette and 2 edge connectors
